Registration
Registration is easy. For day tours, rentals and courses, you can call or e-mail Adventuress to reserve your seat. You will receive by e-mail a tour overview, a gear list of what to wear and bring, and directions to the launch. Launch location depends on tour, weather and tidal conditions. Please note no tours meet at Adventuress’ home office. All tours, rentals & courses are pre-paid by cheque, money order or online bank transfer. If tour date is before mail would be received, then please bring the correct amount in cash to the tour. At this time, Adventuress does not accept credit cards.
For reserving your multi-day trip, please fill in the form on the Contact Us and Register page and click on Submit, or e-mail adventuress@shaw.ca or call Jan if you have any questions. Adventuress will then contact you with a welcome and trip planner package and registration details. Upon receipt of your registration, signed medical and liability forms and a deposit, your seat is then reserved. The deposit can be paid for by a cheque, money order, or online bank transfer. All trip prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. There are no additional taxes. Please book your seat early in order to avoid disappointment.

Day Tours, Rentals & Lessons
To reserve your seat, pre-payment in full is required. Thank you.
Multi-Day Adventures
A 50% deposit per person is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment is due 90 days prior to departure.
Cancellations and Refunds
In the event that you must cancel a reservation for whatever reason, please notify Adventuress in writing as soon as possible. As many of our expenses are committed well in advance of our trips, the following charges will apply:
- more than 60 days prior to departure, a full refund minus the $150/person administration fee
- 31 – 60 days prior to departure, a 50% refund of total tour price.
- 0 to 30 days prior to departure, full amount retained.
If Adventuress can fill your seat at least 14 days prior to departure, then the full amount less an administration charge of $150 will be returned. We recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance to protect you from tour cancellation or changes due to flights, health issues or other reasons. Please check with your travel agent for details.
Adventuress reserves the right to cancel a tour due to conditions which might compromise the safety of the participants. In this case, deposits would be refunded. Adventuress endeavours to run all trips. Minimum number of two people is needed for day trips and four people for multi-day trips to proceed.
